From the very outset, lapesa, a family enterprise founded in 1964 as a manufacturer of pressure vessels, has centred its business on manufacturing and marketing LPG storage and transport tanks, storage tanks for liquid fuels, cryogenic gas storage tanks and domestic hot water storage tanks as its standard products.

At its special manufacturing section, it builds pressure vessels for chemicals, refrigerant gas or any type of fluid or gas for specific projects.

Its three main production facilities and central offices, located in the city of Zaragoza, are housed in 55,000 square metres of buildings that stand on an 85,000 square metre plot.

The company mainly operates in the gas, oil, chemical, industrial and construction sectors and is proud to include major national and international companies and procurement groups in these sectors among its customer base and distribution channels.

lapesa has held ISO 9001 certification since 1993 and manufactures each individual,CE-marked product in accordance with European standards and directives relating to the construction of pressure vessels.

Furthermore, the firm holds product type approvals in various countries, such as ACS in France and GOST for the Russian market.
